Barn and Riding Arena
Fencing needs repair/replacement, part of barn roof (tin) needs replacement. Open shed attached to left of barn (middle picture) is in good condition. There is a large storage room at the back of the barn (bottom picture) that is in good condition. Barn has electricity, phone, and running water, heating element prevents frozen pipe in winter.
